PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: September 3, 2026 • Effective Immediately
1. Legal Entity & Core Privacy Philosophy
AlphaLift ("the Application", "we", "our", or "us") is owned and operated by Easley Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
AlphaLift is engineered around a strict offline-first and user-data ownership model. We believe your workout telemetry, strength progression, and health metrics belong solely to you. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver offline workout tracking, intelligent progression metrics, and optional cloud synchronization:
- Workout & Fitness Telemetry: Logged exercises, weight loads, repetition counts, sets, RPE (rate of perceived exertion), rest intervals, anatomical muscle target tags, and routine templates. By default, this data is stored locally on your device's encrypted SQLite database.
- Account Credentials (Optional): If you choose to enable Cloud Sync, we collect your email address and a cryptographically hashed password (hashed with Argon2). Guest users can use the application entirely offline without creating an account.
- Third-Party Authentication (Sign in with Apple / Google): When using third-party single sign-on, we receive only the verified unique user identifier and email address provided by Apple or Google (including Apple Private Relay emails).
- In-App Purchases & Subscription Status: Subscription status and transaction receipts are validated directly via Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing. Easley Ventures LLC never handles, collects, or stores your credit card numbers or financial account details.
- Crash Diagnostics & Device Telemetry: Anonymized technical data (device model, operating system version, app version, and anonymized stack traces) used strictly to diagnose app crashes and optimize performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following functional purposes:
- To calculate real-time 1RM progression formulas (Brzycki formula), volume load calculations, and anatomical muscle recovery heatmaps.
- To synchronize your workout routines, history, and active workout states across authorized devices when Cloud Sync is enabled.
- To verify and restore your active AlphaLift Pro subscription status.
- To ensure platform security, prevent fraudulent activity, and diagnose technical errors.
4. Health and Fitness Data Safeguards (Apple & Google Compliance)
In strict compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.3 and Google Play Health Content and Services policies:
- We never use health, workout, or fitness data for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.
- We never disclose your fitness data to third parties without your explicit consent, other than service providers acting strictly on our behalf to support core cloud synchronization under strict confidentiality agreements.
- All fitness data transmitted between your device and our cloud servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest in our secure cloud databases.
🛡️ 5. Account Deletion & Data Erasure (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))
You retain absolute ownership over your account and workout records. If you have registered an account with AlphaLift, you may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time:
- Instant In-App Deletion: Open the AlphaLift app, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirming deletion immediately terminates your cloud session, purges your account credentials, and permanently deletes all synced workouts and routines from our cloud databases.
- Email Request: Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request by emailing support@getalphalift.com from your registered account email. All verified deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
- Local Data: To delete local data stored on your device, you can clear the app's local storage or uninstall the application.
6. Data Export (GDPR / CCPA Rights)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Data Portability: You can export your entire exercise library, routine catalog, and completed workout history into an open JSON/CSV format directly from the application's Settings menu at zero cost.
- Right to Know / Access: You have the right to request a copy of all personal data held by Easley Ventures LLC associated with your account.
- Non-Discrimination: We do not deny service, alter pricing, or degrade quality for exercising your privacy rights.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
AlphaLift is intended for individuals aged 13 and older (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we discover that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information from our records.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements in the Application or regulatory changes. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and providing an in-app notice when appropriate.
